      AGM - 2021

      New Galloway Community Enterprises Ltd will hold its Annual General Meeting at 7.30pm on Thursday 11th March 2021. Because of the covid-19 pandemic this event is being held on-line.

      All Members/Shareholders were sent an email on February 6th with details of the event and instructions for signing in to the meeting. Members who have not provided an email address have been sent letters by post explaining the situation. If you have not received an email, or do not receive a letter by post by 12th February, then please email ngce5000@gmail.com

        AGM - 2020

        The Annual General Meeting of New Galloway Community Enterprises Ltd (NGCE) will take place at 7.30 pm on Thursday 5th March 2020 in the Upper Hall of New Galloway Town Hall.

        Members and non-Members are welcome to attend and hear about our progress, ask questions and discuss our future plans (although non-Members are unable to vote).

        There are 5 vacancies to be filled on the NGCE Board and there have been 5 nominations. Candidates have supplied brief statements to accompany their nominations.

        Amendments to the NGCE Rules (Constitution)

        In the interest of good Governance, the NGCE Board has a policy of reviewing the Society’s rules, policies and protocols on a rolling two-year programme. Following a review of the Rules in November 2019 the Board is recommending two amendments to the Rules for consideration at the 2020 AGM. A two-thirds majority of Members attending is required to approve any changes. NGCE Proposed Amendments

          Thanks to everyone who attended the Annual General Meeting of Members (Shareholders) of New Galloway Community Enterprises Ltd on Thursday 7th March 2019 in the Town Hall, New Galloway. We were delighted to welcome more than 40 Members plus a few non-Members who came along out of interest.
